It isn't just the nice round shape but they aren't greasy like most places would serve. I'm sure it's something simple, but they are unique. I honestly wish I could make them the way they do. The food is always delicious! I could order the exact same meal from another restaurant but something about the way Snooze prepares it, it just tastes so much more amazing. I truly enjoy going out for breakfast and hands down, Snooze is always my favorite. My meal was brought out promptly and it's a generous portion with a slice of toast (I get sourdough) and a patty of hashed browns. I like their freshly brewed tea and for my breakfast, I like egg whites scrambled with goat cheese, mushrooms and spinach. The person at the bar greeted me and took my drink and food order (I always get the same thing). The interior is similar to other Snooze restaurants I've been too and fortunately, I was able to just walk in and grab a seat at the counter. I finally had a morning break and decided to give this location a try. when I lived in San Diego and was pleased when I found this one after moving to Austin. I was fortunate enough to live walking distance from Snooze.
